A typical day at H&R Block involves helping others, inspiring people to make confident, informed decisions about their lives, careers, and money. Joining H&R Block as a seasonal Client Service Professional / Receptionist means you'll focus on how to wow clients now and in the future. You would be even better if you also had a high school diploma or equivalent, the ability to work flexible schedules and / or in multiple locations, and sales / marketing experience.

What you'll bring to the team :

• Answer phones and greet clients in a personalized, friendly, and inviting manner
• Match clients with the best-suited tax professional for their needs
• Schedule clients how they would like to be scheduled
• Help to ensure all clients' needs have been met during service both in person, over the phone, or virtually
• Maintain office cleanliness and organization of resources with team members
• Other duties as assigned
