Freight Sales Executive

We're seeking a driven Freight Sales Executive with a strong background in flatbed, open deck, or heavy haul - FTL / LTL Reefer - DRY VAN & LTL freight, and a proven ability to build and grow customer relationships. The ideal candidate has both the operational savvy to move freight efficiently and the sales drive to expand an established book of business in a fast-moving highly competitive logistics environment by utilizing our experienced operations staff by focusing on the customer's direct service needs to make the difference needed to gain and keep their business.

This is a performance-oriented opportunity for a sales professional who values autonomy, integrity, and partnership over corporate red tape.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and grow customer relationships across flatbed, heavy haul, van, reefer FTL and LTL markets.
• Prospect and close new business through cold calls, networking, and face-to-face meetings.
• Negotiate competitive rates and secure profitable freight opportunities.
• Collaborate with dispatch, operations, and carrier partners to ensure seamless service.
• Maintain and expand a provable book of business with measurable results.
