Job Opportunity : Muos Software Engineer

Join the MUOS team within our Space, Cyber & Intelligence Systems (SC&I) business area, supporting the management and operation of orbiting satellites through the MUOS ground system. This system consists of four ground station facilities worldwide, each equipped with three freestanding antennas functioning like cellphone switches. MUOS enables secure, high-quality communication for warfighters in any environment, from urban landscapes to remote Arctic regions. As a MUOS Software Engineer, you'll be part of a cross-functional team developing, testing, and enhancing this critical system, adding new capabilities and replacing end-of-life components to maintain mission readiness.

Required Qualifications :

Proficiency in C++ development
Agile development experience (preferred)
Experience with embedded real-time operating systems such as VxWorks, Integrity, or PetaLinux (preferred)
