Immediate Data Entry Representative Needed

Opportunity to work for one of the largest insurance organizations in the area.

Full time Monday - Friday 8 : 30am - 5pm, on site only.

Location : Rochester, NY

$18 / hr

Qualifications :

2 years of data entry experience in an office setting

Microsoft Office proficient

Type 35WPM

Detail oriented

Responsibilities :

Provider Enrollment Support : Assist in the accurate and timely enrollment of healthcare providers by gathering required documentation and verifying credentials.

Data Collection & Entry : Collect, review, and input data into internal databases and systems, ensuring completeness and accuracy at all times.

Data Verification : Cross-check information for errors or inconsistencies and resolve discrepancies promptly.

Compliance & Confidentiality : Maintain strict adherence to organizational policies and regulatory requirements, safeguarding sensitive information.

Reporting & Documentation : Generate routine reports and maintain organized records to support operational efficiency.

Collaboration : Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth data flow and resolve any data-related issues.

This is a contract to hire position based out of Rochester, NY.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $16.00 - $18.50 / hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
