6-Month W2 Contract | $25–$32 / hr (Depending on Experience)

Monday–Friday | Core Business Hours | 40 Hours per Week

About the Opportunity

In this role, you'll help enable the next generation of robotics programs by managing vendor relationships, supporting new product introductions, and driving day-to-day procurement execution. You'll work cross-functionally with engineering, supply chain, and product teams in a collaborative, fast-paced environment where ownership and curiosity are celebrated.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the buying team in expanding selection by onboarding new vendors and maintaining item catalogs.
• Coordinate new product launches and manage procurement for new product introduction (NPI) programs.
• Maintain accurate product cost, retail price, content, and image data.
• Place and track purchase orders for infrastructure, equipment, and service-level agreements (SLAs).
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of materials and components.
• Identify and propose sourcing solutions based on evolving business requirements.
• Build strong partnerships with suppliers and serve as a backup to the Control Buyer for process continuity.
