The Behavioral Health Division is offering an excellent employment opportunity as a Registered Health Information Technologist. This position is assigned to Behavioral Health Services located in Martinez, CA. Behavioral Health Services provides specialty mental health (SMHS) and drug medical-organized delivery system (DMC-ODS) services and programs to children, adolescents, young adults, adults, and older adults of Contra Costa County.

Certificate : Possession of a valid Registered Health Information Technologist or Registered Health Information Administrator certificate issued by the American Health Information Association.
Substitution : Graduation from an American Health Information Management Association approved Health Information Technologist or Health Information Administrator program. Within 12 months of employment, appointees must pass an examination for certification as a Registered Health Information Technologist or Registered Health Information Administrator administered by the American Health Information Management Association.
