Location : Local Office – Occasional Travel

What You’ll Do :

Depending on experience level, responsibilities may include :

Support or lead planning and execution of construction projects from start to finish

Prepare or assist with documentation : estimates, RFIs, submittals, take-offs, drawings, and specifications

Collaborate with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams to meet project goals

Assist with cost estimating and accounting-related documentation

Conduct or participate in project meetings and design reviews

Ensure work meets safety, code, and quality standards

We’re Looking For Someone Who :

For Entry-Level / Project Engineer Candidates :

Is driven and eager to learn construction management

Has basic computer skills (Microsoft Office); Procore or similar software is a plus

Communicates clearly and works well in a team environment

Can read or is willing to learn how to read blueprints and technical specs

For Experienced Project Managers :

Has proven experience in construction project management

Understands project scheduling, budgeting, and reporting

Has knowledge of design-build and federal contracts (preferred)

Holds safety or professional certifications (OSHA, PMP, EM385, etc.)

Additional Details : Type : Full-Time
