Customer Service Representative

Monday – Friday; schedules can vary : 8am-5pm, 10am-7pm, 12pm-9pm

Pay Rate : $18-20 / hr.

Location : Palm Beach County

Experience : Entry level to 5 years

Customer Service Representative Job Duties and Requirements may include :

Answering inbound calls from customers in a professional manner

Product and service knowledge

Providing customers with product and service information on order to resolve

customer concerns and complaints

Providing follow up calls to customers when necessary

Researching information using multiple resources and route call to the

appropriate resource

Effective communication skills (both written and verbal) needed as a Customer

Service Representative

Strong computer skills including data entry / typing
