Our client is seeking a skilled Data Analyst to support internal business leaders in leveraging data for informed decision-making and process improvement. This role combines strong technical data management with business acumen, supporting users in effectively utilizing systems and tools to solve complex challenges.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze, structure, and integrate data to ensure quality, consistency, and usability across multiple platforms.
- Monitor and maintain data integrity through API and data connection analysis.
- Lead and execute data management initiatives such as standardization and mapping projects.
- Support end users in optimizing CRM system usage and resolving technical or functional issues efficiently.
- Develop and maintain process documentation, workflows, and data flow diagrams.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver forward-thinking, business-aligned solutions.
Qualifications
3-5+ years of relevant experience in data analysis, business systems, or related roles.Advanced proficiency in Excel and strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Proficiency in SQL and familiarity with database structures and relationships.Experience creating workflows, technical documentation, and business requirements.Ability to work independently, think strategically, and manage multiple priorities.Strong communication and collaboration skills.Preferred Skills
Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM, AX, or D365 F&O.Familiarity with XML or other data-sharing standards.Knowledge of Microsoft Office and Windows environments.Compensation : $105,000-110,000
