We're looking for you to join Adobe as our Vice President, Corporate Controller.
The Chief Accounting Officer (CAO) organization is a multi-disciplinary team encompassing accounting & reporting, tax, compensation, strategic sourcing and shared services, third-party risk management, pricing and revenue operations, deal desk, business process optimization, business technology solutions and transformation & strategy. Demonstrating their deep expertise, the CAO organization ensures Adobe's financial health, accuracy, compliance, and operational efficiency. They drive innovation by applying technology and automation to scale and optimize finance processes!
In the VP Corporate Controller role, reporting directly to the Chief Accounting Officer, you'll lead a team that consists of Global Accounting and Reporting, Consolidations, Global Payroll, Equity and Commissions. In addition, you will build strong partnerships across the CAO leadership team, Finance, and leadership across all of Adobe to achieve your goals.
What you'll do
We are looking for this new leader to excel in the following areas :
Strategic Finance Leadership and Business Partnership The incumbent will set a clear and bold strategic vision that pushes efficiency and productivity internally for our customers and businesses. The goal is to focus on product innovation, our external customers, and markets. You will build strong partnerships across the business, in order to understand their challenges and how your vision can be beneficial for all.
Technical Accounting This new executive will set the foundation of our financial integrity. They will provide financial insights and clear picture of the company's financial health, and by both maintaining compliance and staying ahead of accounting standards and regulations.
Compensation Operations In such a major expense category, the incumbent will ensure the operational, financial, and administrative accuracy that underpins and drives much of the seamless employee experience at Adobe.
People Leadership and Collaboration The new leader will manage a team of high-performing leaders who are subject matter experts. They will continue to challenge and develop the team as leaders at Adobe, who can maintain a comprehensive perspective and build their cross-functional partnerships beyond their areas of expertise. They will hold the bar high for talent across the org, and ensure their organizations are structured for efficiency and scale.
Operational Excellence and Financial Controls
There is always room for improvement and innovation. This leader will be relentless in finding ways to optimize financial processes, improve accuracy, implement strong controls, streamline reporting, enhance efficiency, and continuously improve to support business performance.

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this position is $204,700 $394,300 annually. Pay within this range varies by work location and may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
