The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of product management principles, exceptional communication skills, and a proven track record of delivering successful products in an agile framework. The Lead Product Manager will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, data science, strategy, and business stakeholders to drive product strategy, define product vision, and ensure successful delivery of innovative AI and GenAI platforms / solutions. The Lead Product Manager should be independent, detail oriented, collaborative, and able to adapt to changing use case needs. Our goal is to create safe AI solutions that will revolutionize and improve healthcare experience and outcomes for our customers. Join our rapidly expanding team of dedicated product managers, data scientists, engineers, policy experts, and business leaders as we work together to build impactful and beneficial AI systems. The Lead Product Manager conceives, develops, delivers, and manages products and / or platforms for use across Humana. This individual oversees and manages all phases of the product lifecycle, from design conception to delivery. The Lead Product Manager works on problems of diverse scope and complexity ranging from moderate to substantial. Projects could include delivering high-value AI / GenAI use cases or serving as the product manager of AI / GenAI platforms. This associate will need to be delivery-focused, willing to wear multiple hats to ensure successful implementation.

Pay Range The compensation range below reflects a good faith estimate of starting base pay for full time (40 hours per week) employment at the time of posting. The pay range may be higher or lower based on geographic location and individual pay will vary based on demonstrated job related skills, knowledge, experience, education, certifications, etc. $126,300 - $173,700 per year. This job is eligible for a bonus incentive plan. This incentive opportunity is based upon company and / or individual performance.
