Bravo Recruiting Solutions Corp is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team at our location in Jeffersonville. As an LPN, you will be responsible for providing high-quality nursing care to patients under the supervision of a registered nurse or physician. This position is particularly for a weekend Day / Wound Care Nurse in Jeffersonville, GA.
Job Responsibilities :
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by the healthcare provider
- Monitor and assess patients' conditions and report any changes to the supervising nurse or physician
- Assist with the development and implementation of patient care plans
- Provide basic patient care, such as bathing, feeding, and dressing
- Educate patients and their families on health maintenance and disease prevention
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure the best possible patient outcomes
- Adhere to all safety and infection control procedures
