What would you do? – The Specifics
- Achieve and maintain the highest level of customer service.
- Monitor and achieve profit, sales, and performance goals (i.e., reviewing the P&L).
- Monitor sales results against budgeted figures.
- Ensure all store associates achieve and maintain excellent customer service standards.
- Investigate and compile competitive information.
- Provide daily and weekly statistics to the District Manager and corporate office.
- Ensure store promotions, advertising, and visual merchandising are properly implemented and all staff are aware of current promotions.
- Hire, supervise, and train all store associates.
- Motivate staff to exceed performance standards.
- Maintain professional relations with the doctor, other National Vision associates, and customers.
Qualifications – Are you the right fit?
Ability to analyze business data, interpret regulations, and understand technical procedures.Effective communication skills for presenting information and responding to questions from managers, clients, and the public.Ability to perform calculations and analyze figures.Problem-solving skills including data collection, establishing facts, and drawing conclusions.Management experience in retail and / or optical industry.Proficient in computer skills.Additional Information
