What you will do

Johnson Controls is seeking a Sales Business Analyst! You will be to be the key data contact and owner of FLS data models and reporting driving analysis for our broader DA&I team and you will also play a critical role in driving our business growth by identifying areas of opportunity to support our sales and commercial organization. You will have exposure to many areas of the business and help identify key areas of data and process improvement. This is an onsite position based in Glendale WI. Candidates must be commuting distance to the facility.

How you will do it

Work with key stakeholders to identify source and produce new lead workflows for our Commercial Sales business.

Design and build data flows queries models and effective data visualizations.

Develop a holistic understanding of how data flows across CRM platforms ERPs and other source systems to the enterprise data platform.

Perform routine data validation and reconciliation to ensure reports are accurate timely and aligned with business objectives

Create user-friendly documentation for dashboards and data sets

What we look for

Required

Bachelors degree in a related field (e.g. Computer Science Engineering Data Science Economics); or 5 years of professional experience.

Proficiency with Snowflake and PowerBI.

Experience working with data generated from CRMs and / or ERPs.

HIRING SALARY RANGE : $76000 - $95000 (Salary to be determined by the education experience knowledge skills andabilities of the applicant internal equity location and alignment with market data.)
