Responsibilities

• Sales and Profit : Infuse your passion for Claires products into achieving retail store targets fostering growth and spreading the joy of self-expression; Implementing strategies and promotions to drive traffic and increase sales.
• Memorable Shopping Experiences : Infuse every customers interaction with Claires positivity and inclusivity. Shopping at Claires is about finding pieces that reflect their unique personality and celebrating who they are.
• Piercing Excellence : Join the ranks of our piercing experts through comprehensive training. Become a trusted guide for customers - conducting piercings educating on aftercare maintaining a sterile environment addressing questions and concerns throughout the process.
• Store Operations : Keep the heartbeat of our store strong by overseeing operations with efficiency and flair. From managing inventory and handling cash transactions to visual merchandising and coordinating promotional activities. You ensure that every aspect of store operations reflects the fun and joy that defines Claires.
• Team Leadership : Recruit train manage and provide direction and development to your team. Foster a culture of collaboration motivation and accountability to drive results and ensure team members are continually challenged and achieving their full potential.
• Brand Representation : Showcase Claires products and services with enthusiasm and offer fashion-related tips and advice. Ensure your store is well-merchandised reflecting the latest trends and maximizing sales opportunities.

Candidate Journey

Compensation Range : $20.50 - $23.00

Claires is committed to adhering to all applicable company policies and federal state and local laws and regulations. All positions will be compensated at or above the legally mandated minimum wage for the location in which work is performed. The final compensation will be determined by various factors such as relevant work experience education certifications skills and geographic location.
