Otis Elevator Company is searching for a highly motivated Operations Coordinator to provide administrative support to branch management sales and operations staff.
On a typical day you will :
Answer incoming calls to the office sort and distribute incoming mail and perform day-to-day office needs
Maintain office supplies including supplies for kitchen bathroom and office to keep proper inventory
Liaise with various internal departments for payroll billing and accounts payable matters
Manage vendor inquiries on past due invoices resolve accounts payable issues and assist the billing department
Process time tickets for mechanics and answer any questions that may arise
Complete paperwork for testing coordinate office safety documentation and create purchase orders
What you will need to be successful
1-5 years of experience as an administrative professional desired
Precise attention to detail is required
Candidate must demonstrate strong written and verbal communication skills
Successful candidate should be very comfortable in a technical environment utilizing Microsoft based computer software
Ability to meet tight deadlines remain poised during difficult situations and work well under pressure with frequent interruptions
High school diploma or equivalent required
