We are seeking a full-time Optical Manager to oversee our optical department, elevate our sales performance, develop our team, and ensure an exceptional patient experience across our multi-office practice.

What You’ll Do :
Leadership & Team Development :
- Lead, train, and coach team members to consistently exceed sales and service goals.
- Hold the team accountable to daily metrics and production standards.
- Build a positive, professional, and high-expectation culture.
Operational Excellence :
Oversee frame board management, ordering, and inventory accuracy.Maximize revenue through lens technology, second-pair sales, and add-on options.Patient Experience :
Guarantee a seamless, professional, and memorable experience.Resolve patient concerns with confidence and care.Maintain a high standard of clinic professionalism, appearance, and efficiency.What You Bring :
2+ years of optical management or lead optician experience.Strong leadership skills and the ability to coach a team to high performance.Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.Confidence in eyewear sales, lens technology, and optical workflows.Highly organized, self-driven, and comfortable taking initiative.What We Offer :
