Family Law / Civil Litigation Paralegal (3–5 Years Experience Required)
Location : Dallas–Fort Worth Metro Area
We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented paralegal to join a boutique law firm focused on family law, civil litigation, and business disputes . This is a fast-paced, client-centered practice where precision, empathy, and initiative are key.
Our paralegals play a central role in case management —from maintaining calendars and tracking deadlines to conducting discovery, drafting pleadings, meeting with clients, and completing projects with minimal oversight. We are deeply committed to providing attentive, personal communication and responsive service, always with the goal of protecting our clients’interests and helping them navigate significant legal challenges.
The ideal candidate will be organized, proactive, and passionate about client service , with strong communication skills and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively. A positive, can-do attitude is essential.
Key Responsibilities
Ensure accuracy and organization : Maintain calendars, track case deadlines, and support attorneys to prevent missed dates or errors.
Support attorneys end-to-end : Manage cases from intake through resolution, including communications with clients, courts, and opposing counsel.
Foster client relationships : Communicate clearly, listen actively, and provide calm, supportive guidance throughout the legal process.
Streamline processes : Develop checklists and procedures that save time and increase team efficiency.
First impressions matter : Greet and onboard new clients, run conflict checks, and direct inquiries appropriately.
Draft and review documents : Prepare correspondence, pleadings, and orders with high attention to detail.

Job Requirements
Comprehensive knowledge of civil law and procedures
Minimum of 3 years’experience in civil litigation or family law practice support
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
Successful completion of background check and drug screening
In-person, full-time availability required
