We’re looking for a high-energy, people-loving professional to join our team as an Orthodontic Treatment Coordinator ! This role is ideal for someone who’s confident, organized, and excited about helping patients start their smile journey.

This position is more than just scheduling appointments — it’s about connecting with patients, building trust, and helping them say “yes” to treatment. If you have a passion for customer service, love working with people, and are motivated by achieving goals, we want to meet you.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Serve as the main point of contact for new and existing ortho patients.
  • Present orthodontic treatment plans in a way that’s easy to understand and exciting for families.
  • Guide patients through financial options and help them confidently commit to treatment.
  • Consistently meet or exceed monthly orthodontic start goals.
  • Follow up with leads and unscheduled patients — you’re their cheerleader!
  • Communicate and coordinate with doctors and clinical teams to ensure a smooth patient experience.
  • Maintain accurate records.
  • Deliver an exceptional experience from start to finish.

    • Preferred Qualifications :

  • 1+ year in a sales, customer service, or treatment coordinator role (dental or ortho preferred but not required).
  • Bilingual a plus (Spanish-speaking highly preferred in some locations).
  • Familiarity with orthodontic treatment options and dental terminology is helpful.
