A respected skilled nursing provider is seeking a dynamic and experienced Travel Director of Nursing (DON) to support multiple facilities within The Pavilion family. This full-time role is perfect for a clinical leader who thrives in new environments and enjoys solving challenges while helping facilities succeed.

What You’ll Do :

Step into DON roles as needed across various Pavilion facilities

Oversee nursing operations and ensure high standards of resident care

Support survey readiness, staff development, and clinical systems

Provide temporary leadership during transitions, leaves, or staffing gaps

Collaborate closely with administrators, regional leadership, and interdisciplinary teams

What You’ll Need :

Active RN license (OH or multistate compact preferred)

Prior DON experience in skilled nursing or long-term care

Willingness to travel frequently across assigned regions

Strong clinical, leadership, and interpersonal skills

Ability to adapt quickly to different teams and systems
