• Position Overview
• Invenergy is seeking an experienced and visionary Director of Treasury to lead and oversee Treasury strategy that supports Invenergy as a whole. This role is critical in ensuring the Treasury team continues to scale and grow as it relates to technology and requires a deep technical understanding of all facets of Treasury.This position will be on-site at Invenergy's headquarters in downtown Chicago.
• Responsibilities
• Lead, plan and implement Treasury strategies
• Direct and oversee multiple deliverables under tight deadlines
• Drive collaboration across the organization
• Develop and lead Treasury deliverables including short-term cash forecasts, investments, foreign exchange, trade services` and banking activities
• Implement technology initiatives to streamline & improve processes
• Recommend and execute best in class Treasury policies and procedures
• Spearhead communication with business groups to understand current and upcoming project impacts on the company’s liquidity
• Manage relationships with our banking group and core Letter of Credit issuers
• Lead and oversee Treasury’s role in project financings, tax equity activities, sales & acquisitions
• Liaise with other parts of the Finance organization; ensure amendments to existing facilities are documented

• Treasury Management Systems experience

• Commitment to execute and drive continuous improvement within a team
• Minimum Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Finance or related field
• 10+ years of Treasury experience with at least 5 years in a leadership role
• Deep knowledge of Treasury operations and financial markets
• Previous experience with Letters of Credit issuances
• Eligible to work in the US without the need for employer visa sponsorship now or in the future
• Preferred Qualifications
• Advanced degree (MBA, CFA)
• Proven track record of team leadership and navigating change
• Previous FX hedging experience
• CTP or CFA designation is a plus
• Base Pay
• 160,000.00 - 225,000.00 USD Annual Bonus : 30% - 40%The base pay range reflects the minimum and maximum target salary for the position. Invenergy considers a number of factors when determining base pay offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education and skills. In addition to base pay, the total annual compensation package may also include eligibility to participate in our bonus program(s) which are designed to reward individual and company performance.
