Documents progress notes, physician communication, discharge notes for all patients seen Occupational Therapist will educate patients and caregivers about their conditions, treatment options, and self-management strategies Close-knit team of Therapists work with each other, Physical Therapist Assistants, administrative individuals, and hospital staff to ensure comprehensive, caring treatments Master's Degree preferred, or Bachelor's Degree plus sufficient experience in the field BLS Certification Current licensure or certification required by CA state regulations Affordable housing options near the facility Two hours from Bay Area attractions Diverse restaurant and cafe options Nearby attractions include malls, parks, museums, and the historic Modesto Arch

- Monday - Friday, Day Shift Schedule
