The Admissions Registered Nurse (RN) is responsible for conducting home care patient admissions, ensuring a personalized approach to patient needs. This role offers the flexibility to work independently while being part of a supportive interdisciplinary team. Candidates must have a valid RN license in Minnesota and prior experience in home health or acute care.

Admissions (Start of Care / SOC Visit) Registered Nurse | The Registered Nurse (RN) is responsible for completing admissions and / or visits for our Home Care team. Enjoy independence and flexibility in the field to visit patients one on one in their home setting.

Hours : Full-time - Days | Friday - Monday. Work 32 hours per week, but get paid for 40!

Pay and Benefits :

• Annual Salary Range : $76,960 - $89,440
