Strong attention to detail and focus on quality. Physical ability to perform repetitive tasks and lift up to 50 pounds. Willingness to learn and adapt to new techniques and processes.
Responsibilities :
- Use grinding tools to smooth edges and surfaces of machined parts.
- Operate air tools to clean and prepare parts for final production stages.
- Inspect parts for quality and ensure they meet specifications.
- Assist in maintaining organized workstations and shop cleanliness.
- Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines.
