Shift Differential & Bonus Info :

• SIGN-ON BONUS OF $4000.00 (FULL TIME HIRES ONLY)
• 12 Hour shifts 7am-7pm or 7pm-7am

Hours / Shifts : Our openings include full-time, part time and PRN

Day in the Life / Expectations as an LPN :

• Provide patient care to residents
• Comply with state and federal regulations.
• Work collaboratively with members of the healthcare team.
• Serve as a primary coordinator of all disciplines for well-coordinated patient care.
• Assess and coordinate patient's discharge planning needs with members of the healthcare team.?

Requirements :

• Valid state license(s)
• Excellent verbal communication skills and strong interpersonal skills
• High integrity and well-grounded work ethic
• Agility and flexibility with changing priorities
• Team-oriented and a practical team-player
• Professional demeanor
• At least one year of experience providing care and services in long-term care (preferred)
