Home Health Aide positions

Job Overview :

We are seeking compassionate individuals to join our team as Home Health Aides. As a Home Health Aide, you will provide essential care and support to patients in their homes, assisting with daily activities and ensuring their well-being.

Duties :

Provide personal care services to patients, including bathing, grooming, and dressing.

Assist patients with mobility and transfers.

Monitor and report changes in patient's health status.

Perform light housekeeping tasks and meal preparation.

Support patients with activities of daily living.

Follow care plans developed by healthcare professionals.

Provide companionship for those clients that may need it.

Experience :

Previous experience in home care or a related field is preferred but not required.

Knowledge of medical terminology and procedures is preferred.

Familiarity with senior care and working with people with developmental disabilities.

Ability to maintain accurate medical records while using an app to clock in and out.

Physical ability to lift and move patients as needed.

Plus for aides that are knowledgeable with home care, especially with the DODD (Department of Development Disabilities), may include adults or children.

Job Types : Full-time, Part-time, PRN

Pay : $14.00 - $16.00 per hour

Expected hours : 20 – 40 per week
