Base pay range

$95,000.00 / yr - $110,000.00 / yr

As our Public Relations Account Leader, you will leverage your strong media relationships and strategic mindset to manage and nurture multiple clients effectively. Your ability to simultaneously oversee both long-term strategic plans and tactical projects is crucial. We are looking for someone who can craft and execute innovative communication programs that achieve outstanding results for our clientele.

ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES :

Oversee account management for clients, leading the junior PR team and ensuring all deliverables are met on time.

Collaborate with the Senior Director / VP to develop and execute communication strategies for client initiatives, including media relations, ambassador / influencer programs, event sponsorships, and brand partnerships.

Work closely with account teams to produce key client-facing documents, such as press materials and strategic plans.

Draft compelling press releases and engage in proactive outreach to secure press opportunities for our clients.

Achieve top-tier media coverage, adapt strategies as needed, and manage onsite media events.

Engage in bi-monthly client calls, providing ongoing strategic counsel.

Manage client budgets and present necessary metrics and KPIs.

Network to build strong industry connections while cultivating new relationships.

Mentor junior team members to foster their professional growth.

Research and pursue new business opportunities to expand our clientele.

ATTRIBUTES :

7-10 years of experience in public relations.

A visionary leader who inspires team growth and collaboration.

Strong media relations skills particularly in lifestyle, health, wellness, beauty, natural foods, and consumer goods.

Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written.

An integrative approach that balances strategic thinking with innovative ideas.

Proven history of executing successful PR strategies.

Hands-on experience in networking and pitching new business to clients.

The ability to balance long-term goals with daily project management.
