Parts Coordinator

As a Parts Coordinator, you'll be responsible for identifying, locating, and obtaining parts in order to meet customer's needs. This position will be located at the Belle Chasse, LA branch for MGX Equipment Services and report to the Parts Manager.

Essential Job Functions

• Maintain inventory control.
• Research and order parts for customers.
• Provides exceptional customer service to both internal and external customers.
• Provides phone and email correspondence to customers regarding quotes and diagrams.
• Other duties as assigned.

Working Conditions

This is a full-time position with typical working hours between 7 : 00 am to 4 : 00 pm. Overtime and weekend work may be possible based on business conditions.
