Entry Level Marketing Specialist

Position Overview : Communiboost We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Entry Level Marketing Specialist to join our dynamic marketing team. In this role, you will have the opportunity to learn and grow within the fast-paced field of marketing, contributing to various initiatives that drive brand awareness and customer engagement Salary Range : $21.00 - $31.00 hourly Location : San Antonio, TX

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in the development and execution of marketing campaigns
  • Conduct market research to identify trends and customer preferences
  • Support the management of social media accounts and content creation
  • Help track and analyze campaign performance metrics
  • Assist in organizing promotional events and marketing activities
  • Collaborate with team members on creative marketing strategies

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Basic understanding of digital marketing concepts
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Familiarity with social media platforms and engagement strategies
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
