CNA or Medical Assistant - Ear Nose & Throat Clinics
Shift Details : 40 hrs / wk
Monday - Friday
8am - 5pm
Position Highlight :
As a CNA or Medical Assistant in our ENT Clinic youll work alongside some of the Midwests most skilled ear nose and throat specialists supporting the diagnosis and treatment of conditions ranging from chronic sinus problems and voice disorders to hearing loss head and neck tumors and complex airway issues. Youll play a hands-on role in patient care helping facilitate advanced state-of-the-art procedures. Here every day brings variety collaboration with a multidisciplinary team and the chance to support individualized care plans that focus on treating the whole person not just the condition.

Medical Assistant :
Provides the highest quality of customer service for patients and others by performing all duties in a professional and engaging manner. Provide quality care to patients under the direction of licensed practitioners promote efficient operation of the clinic and provide assistance to physicians and support staff.

Certified Nursing Assistant :
Perform delegated patient activities as assigned by licensed nursing personnel for the achievement of patients plan of care.
Required Qualifications :
Minimum of 16 years of age required.
Possesses a Certified Nursing Assistant certification in the state of Nebraska.
Demonstrated effective communication skills required.
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification within 30 days of hire required must be from an American Heart Association (AHA) endorsed program (effective for new hires starting January 1 2023 or later).
Based on department need Medication Aide certification and completion of an Injectables course may be required after hire in outpatient settings.
Preferred Qualifications :
Knowledge of computer data entry and word processing preferred.
Basic knowledge of medical terminology preferred.
