Overview
TNS is expanding its sales organization to support our North America go-to-market (GTM) strategy in our Payments Market solutions.
This is an outstanding opportunity to join TNS' Payment Market division as a Account Executive, leveraging your payment technology sales experience to drive new logo sales of our merchant enablement and connectivity solutions.
Responsibilities
Sales Execution
- Provide sales leadership in North America as you work with other leaders across product, marketing and our revenue growth office
- You will be responsible for driving new logo revenue growth by executing on our regional GTM plan
- Qualify, manage and close all identified sales opportunities within the target customer and segment base
- Develop and execute sales strategies to facilitate lead generation, maximize closure rates & sales revenues
- Actively seek and pursue new sales opportunities and strategic relationships
- Work closely with the SVP, Payments Market, to qualify and prioritize new sales opportunities
- Lead the preparation of formal sales proposals, RFI / RFP / Tender responses and contract negotiations working with other team members across the business
- Achieve / exceed individual quotas and MBOs
- Maintain positive relations with strategic partners, and leverage their capabilities wherever appropriate
- Ensure all client interaction (including responses to inquiries) is highly professional and responsive
- Maintain excellent industry knowledge (market trends, technology developments, partners, competitors) through networking and research
- Assist in corporate lead generating activities and support of industry trade shows / events.
- Utilize Salesforce.com to track activities, contacts, accounts, leads and opportunities in order to provide reliable forecasts and pipeline updates for the company

To be successful in this role you will have the following qualifications and / or experience :
Significant sales experience and a proven track record of success selling payment orientated solutions into new customersDynamic personality, high-energy with an entrepreneurial attitudeExcellent listening and consultative skills with a strong ability to communicate across a range of diverse cultures and corporate levels, including Executive Management (C-level)Demonstrated success and over achievement in value proposition selling and experience of market share growthAbility to analyze and evaluate territory dynamics to develop and implement a sales plan to meet goalsAbility to learn new product knowledge rapidlyWell-developed negotiation skillsAbility to manage multiple customer opportunities simultaneouslyWell established network and understanding of the SD-WAN marketAbility to travel up to 30%For this role, we anticipate paying $125,000k - $148,000K. This role is eligible for variable pay, issued as a monetary bonus or in another form. Any compensation range provided for a role is an estimate determined by available market data. The actual amount may be higher or lower than the range provided considering each candidate’s knowledge, skills, abilities, and geographic location.
