Project Manager – IT & Data Analytics Focus

Are you a tech-savvy problem solver with a passion for data-driven decision-making? Do you thrive in a dynamic environment where technology and operational efficiency intersect? We're looking for a Project Manager to join our team and play a pivotal role in optimizing our playground equipment sales, installation, and service operations through IT solutions and data insights.

What You'll Do :

  • Project Management : Oversee technology-driven projects that enhance sales, logistics, and customer service operations.
  • Data Analysis : Collect, analyze, and interpret sales, inventory, and project management data to drive strategic decision-making.
  • Systems Optimization : Work with internal teams to refine CRM, ERP, and other business systems for improved functionality and reporting.
  • Process Improvement : Identify bottlenecks in project workflows and implement solutions to streamline efficiency.
  • IT Collaboration : Partner with developers and IT vendors to customize and integrate software solutions that align with business needs.
  • Stakeholder Coordination : Liaise with sales, operations, and leadership to ensure data-backed strategies are implemented effectively.

What We're Looking For :

  • Proven experience in project management , preferably in an IT, operations, or data-driven role.
  • Strong background in data analysis , reporting tools, and visualization (Excel, Power BI, SQL, or similar).
  • Familiarity with CRM, ERP, and other business software systems —experience with integrations is a plus.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to translate data insights into actionable strategies.
  • Strong communication and leadership skills to manage cross-functional teams.
  • Experience in the construction, playground, or BB sales industry is a bonus but not required.
