Production Coordinator

We're seeking a Production Coordinator to play a vital role at the heart of our field and fabrication operations. This position serves as the crucial link between our production facility, operations team, and sales teamensuring that everything from equipment preparation to field installation happens on time, with precision, and with full transparency.
This is a hands-on, high-impact position where you'll be expected to lead with communication, coordination, and a can-do attitude. You'll get to collaborate with multiple teams, travel to operational sites, support installations, and ensure our field assets are always ready, working, and accounted for.
Core Responsibilities
- Oversee unit production timelines and adjust schedules based on evolving project needs.
- Provide consistent and reliable information regarding availability, lead times, and changes.
- Participate in unit fabrication, assembly, and coordination of materials and resources.
- Ensure all shop inventory is tracked, received, and restocked in accordance with project demands.
- Coordinate the transportation, delivery, and return of units and related materials.
- Assist or lead installation and takedown of equipment in the field as required.
- Provide on-site or remote support for technical or logistical issues affecting deployments.
- Maintain accurate records of unit requests, production progress, and configuration updates.
- Complete and submit all required documentation through Zuper or equivalent platforms.
- Ensure all units have supporting per-unit documentation, including quality control checklists, production metrics, and assessment records.
- Safeguard sensitive or confidential information with a high degree of discretion.
- Manage consumable and reusable materials inventory, including tracking stock levels, issuing purchase requests, and validating component conditions.
- Test and document components for reuse, repair, or replacement as necessary.
- Implement and maintain a consistent quality assurance process for all units leaving the facility.
