job_description.job_card.job_descriptionProvide comprehensive outpatient primary care to a mixed patient population (adults, with some pediatric patients), including preventive, acute, and chronic condition management Perform women's health visits including pap smears and pelvic exams Conduct patient assessments, order and intervpret labs, prescribe medications, and manage treatment plans Manage patient inboxes and electronic health records efficiently when not directly engaged in patient visits. Maintain thorough and accurate documentation in Athena (our EHR) Participate in patient education and wellness initiatives Board certified Nurse Practitioner (FNP) or Physician Assistant Active Texas license or ability to obtain Highly Preferred : 1+ year of experience in an urgent care or a primary care setting Open to stellar new graduates with prior experience in a healthcare setting and a demonstrated ability to work autonomously Bilingual skills are a strong plus but not required Strong clinical judgment, communication skills, and ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment Competitive Salary Paid Time Off (PTO) 401(k) CME allowance Options for Medical, Dental, and Vision insurance Malpractice insurance, license and DEA reimbursement

- Position will be part-time in the beginning while onboarding and training
- Possibility to grow to a full time position over time
- Flexibility in hours to build desired work schedule within operating hours - clinic open 10 AM - 6 PM
