To expand our workforce, we are looking for a competent Human Resources Generalist / Manager.

Role Description :

This is a full-time, on-site position for a generalist in human resources, with the possibility of a promotion to manager within six months. The primary responsibilities will be leading and managing the HR department. Recruiting, employee relations, performance management, and benefits administration are a few of the daily responsibilities. The chosen applicant will have strong communication abilities and be a team player.

Qualifications :

• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field required. Master's Degree preferred.
• 3+ years of experience as an HR Generalist / Manager, preferably in a healthcare or residential care environment.
• Demonstrated knowledge of HR regulations, policies, and procedures.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Ability to work well independently, as well as part of a team.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive personnel information with discretion.
• Experience with onboarding and training programs.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint; experience with HR systems preferred.
• SHRM-CP or SCP, PHR, or SPHR certification preferred but not required.
• Experience with diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives preferred.
