Job Duties

Under the supervision of the administrator, the Director of Nursing / Director of Nursing Services directs and coordinates all aspects of nursing, including, but not limited to, infection control, pharmacy, laboratory, quality assurance, medical records, and staff education. The director ensures compliance with established policies and procedures of the overall program and timely completion of respective reporting requirements. The director is also responsible for the maintenance of quality improvement activities in compliance with current licensing and accrediting policies and regulations. In addition, the director supports all disciplines in the development of a marketing strategy and efforts to network with existing and potential referral sources.

Qualifications

• Licensed registered nurse and shall be employed 40 hours per week.
• Shall have at least one (1) year of experience in nursing supervision within the last five (5) years.
• Current licensure in the State of California as a registered nurse.
• CPR and first aid certified. (American Heart Association preferred)
• DNS will meet all applicable regulatory standards.
• Demonstrated knowledge of DSM-5-TR, NANDA, PSR and recovery principles.
• Knowledgeable of all applicable regulations and standards.

The mission of this program is to restore a sense of hope, empowerment, community / natural support inclusion, realized potential in each client, and psychiatric stabilization.

The salary range listed below represents the minimum and maximum base pay per hour at the time of posting. Final salary offered to the candidate selected for the position will be based on factors including but not limited to candidate's skills, experience, licensure, and program acuity.

Pay Range : $124,000 - $136,000 USD
