Job Summary :

The 10-Week Summer Internship program is an extraordinary opportunity to gain hands-on experience and to learn from best-in-class talent at a first-class organization. Experience day to day projects and tasks in Corporate Partnerships! You will work during the season on game and non-game days to get the full experience. Your time will not only be spent adding significant value to the organization but you will also get the opportunity to build amazing relationships throughout the organization through a series of Leadership-led Coffee Chats and Networking Events. The programs focus is to provide insight into what the workforce is like give a taste of the professional sports industry and help guide you to a career suited for you.

Pay and additional compensation :

Per the California pay transparency law the hourly pay rate for this position is $21.06. Part time non-union employees are subject to the San Diego Living Wage Ordinance and rates will increase accordingly.

In addition to your hourly rate the Padres offer PTO employee discounts appreciation and recognition opportunities.
