Job Description

The AI Products & Analytics team under the Global Data Office is creating next-generation scalable and responsible AI, ML and Data solutions and products to solve client and consumer problems. This position is in the AI Practices & COE sub‑team, focusing on AI Transformation of the Global Data Office. The program aims to accelerate operational efficiency and foster innovation through targeted automation by deploying scalable AI solutions to existing time‑consuming workflows.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design, development, and implementation of agentic AI systems—autonomous agents capable of reasoning, planning, and executing tasks—for enterprise workflow automation and productivity enhancement.
• Assist in developing an AI Transformation Roadmap for workflow automation using agentic AI.
• Lead Discovery & Design : map business processes, identify automation opportunities, and define agent capabilities.
• Build proof‑of‑concept prototypes using LLMs and agent frameworks while incorporating feedback from cross‑functional teams.
• Provide technical oversight : review code, guide prompt engineering, and define evaluation benchmarks.
• Support program execution : coordinate sprints, milestones, budgets, and communications with technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
• Oversee integration & deployment of AI agents with enterprise systems via APIs and workflows.
• Ensure solutions meet governance, security, compliance, and ethical AI requirements.
• Establish and track KPIs for productivity gains, system performance, and user adoption.
• Drive organizational adoption of AI tools and processes, applying best practices in AI governance and responsible AI.
• Collaborate with multi‑disciplinary teams—including AI engineers, data scientists, UX designers, and operations—to ensure AI solutions meet business needs.

Compensation and Benefits

U.S. APPLICANTS ONLY : The estimated salary range for a new hire into this position is $180,600.00 to $262,150.00 per year, which may include potential sales incentive payments (if applicable). Salary may vary depending on job‑related factors which may include knowledge, skills, experience, and location. In addition, this position may be eligible for bonus and equity.
