About The Position

Monday–Friday | No Call | No Weekends | Full-Time | 100% On-Site

A behavioral health facility in Georgetown, Delaware is seeking a dedicated Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Psychiatrist to join their inpatient team. This is a permanent, on-site position —no telehealth, no call, and no weekend responsibilities—providing you with a structured schedule and work-life balance in a historic, community-focused area.

🩺 Position Highlights :

Schedule : Monday–Friday, daytime hours only

Call / Weekends : None

Patient Load : Average of 18 patients per day

Setting : 99-bed inpatient psychiatric facility

Team : 2 Psychiatrists, 3 APPs

Treatment Disorders :

Anxiety, mood, and psychotic disorders

ADD / ADHD, personality disorders

Developmental and eating disorders

EMR : Wellsky

Involuntary commitment & pharmacotherapy experience required

✅ Candidate Requirements :

Board Certified or Board Eligible in Psychiatry (within 5 years of residency) – Required

Delaware Medical License – Active or willing to obtain – Required

DEA registration – Active or willing to obtain – Required

BLS certification – Active or willing to obtain – Required
