If you are ready to join an international company with talent around the world, and want to make a real impact, we want you on our team. The Lubrizol Corporation is looking for highly motivated Health, Safety, Environmental, and Security (HSES) students for our  Operations Co-op Program  to start in our program in the Spring or Summer 2026 semester

What You'll Do :

Each assignment will challenge you to build on the knowledge you gain in the classroom. You will be exposed to a variety of assignments focusing on HSES specific tasks. These assignments are designed to develop you as a well-rounded engineer by exposing you to various departments and sites throughout the company. Responsibilities may include :

• Assist with strategic and tactical leadership in the development and implementation of the facility’s safety and environmental management programs and initiatives
• Assure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations of the United States Environmental Protection Agency, the State Environmental Protection Agency, and Lubrizol standards and policies
• Provide technical oversight and review for the appropriate safety and environmental considerations in plant operations
• Prepare permits, sampling, documents, forms, and other routine and non-routine submittals for the appropriate safety and environmental reporting in an accurate and timely manner
• Participate in risk assessments, emergency response training / drills, safety inspections, and / or other safety review
