Role : SFDC Business Analyst

• Played role of business analyst and have expertise in activities ., Requirement gathering, user stories, facilitate grooming of user stories, perform testing, As Is & To Be process definition.
• Excellent Knowledge of Salesforce Service and Sales cloud, preferably worked as SFDC Admin
• Knowledge of salesforce best practices
• Experience working on integration development ., Map source and target, prepare specifications document, define exceptions.
• Ability to work with business users directly and document the requirements.
• Ability to work with different stakeholders ., Architect, Developers
• Good communication skills
• Experience in working in tools ., MS office, Jira, Confluence, wiki pages.
