Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Estimator located in Las Vegas, NV. The Estimator will be responsible for preparing and estimating the cost of construction projects, analyzing project requirements, reviewing design specifications, and coordinating with project managers and construction teams. The Estimator will also need to maintain accurate records of project estimates, communicate with clients and vendors to obtain necessary materials and pricing, and continuously monitor project finances to ensure budget compliance.

Qualifications

• Concrete, Drywall or General Contracting estimating experience
• Experience in reviewing design specifications and coordinating with construction teams
• Strong communication skills for client and vendor interactions
• Excellent record-keeping and financial monitoring abilities
• Proficiency in construction management software and tools
• Detail-oriented and strong problem-solving skills
• Ability to work on-site in Las Vegas, NV
• Previous experience in the construction industry is a plus
