As the Business Operations Associate, you will execute on operational activities to deliver excellent service to Private Wealth Management clients. You will be the subject matter expert on multiple operational functions. You will also work collaboratively with other functions in Private Wealth to answer technical questions, troubleshoot issues, and support special projects. This role is hybrid (Tues / Wed / Thur on site).

How you'll spend your time :

• Responsible for executing on operational procedures in a timely and accurate manner.
• Will be the innovation rep, provide training, release management, capture firm POV, and establish standardization.
• Serve as a liaison between the front & middles offices and our technology providers.
• Additional changes quality control, lock down experience, reporting.
• Track, maintain, and report on KPIs.
• Responsible for executing on day-to-day transactions for areas of direct responsibility in operations.
• Works collaboratively with Senior Associates on team to resolve complex operational issues and escalations.
• Ensure internal clients have a positive service experience that always exceeds their expectations.
• Build and maintain internal relationships to drive continuous improvement of processes.
• Leverage Private Wealth technologies to process transactions and deliver on responsibilities.
• Understand overall business needs and help identify value-added services and client / associate experiences that Private Wealth can provide.
• Review activities within the job scope for sufficient controls to prevent errors, fraud, and omissions.
• Ensure adherence to corporate policy, operational policy, and regulatory guidance.
• Other duties as assigned.

Compensation Range : $44,790.00 - $86,510.00
