• Monday - Friday, 8 am - 4 pm, guaranteed 36 hours per week
• 80% productivity requirement
• Skilled nursing facility setting
• EMR : Net Health, Raintree
• No overtime, holiday, or call back required
• No rapid response duties
• Business casual or scrubs dress code
