Description

Associate Defense Litigation Attorney / Lawyer sought to join a boutique law firm in Atlanta, Georgia. This role involves handling sophisticated employment litigation and commercial litigation cases, as well as supporting intellectual property research efforts. The ideal candidate will bring a proactive approach to legal challenges and demonstrate expertise in courtroom representation and legal documentation.

• Manage sophisticated employment litigation and commercial litigation matters from initiation through resolution.
• Conduct thorough research and analysis to support intellectual property cases.
• Draft and prepare high-quality legal motions, briefs, and other documentation.
• Oversee discovery processes, including gathering and reviewing relevant evidence.
• Represent clients in court proceedings and deliver persuasive arguments.
• Collaborate with colleagues to develop effective litigation strategies.
• Ensure compliance with legal standards and procedures in all casework.
• Provide timely updates to clients regarding case progress and outcomes.
• Stay informed on legal trends and precedents to enhance case strategies.
