MyPoint is seeking a Technical Specialist for our Kearny Mesa corporate office. This position is responsible for providing technical assistance and support related to computer systems, hardware, and software. The position will respond to queries through the company IT help desk, run diagnostic programs, isolate problems, and determine and implement solutions.

Must be detail-oriented and possess excellent project management skills, as well as the ability to handle multiple tasks, establish priorities, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Position will require some after hours, evening, and weekend work.

The ideal candidate must have the following education / experience :

• Minimum of 4-years experience in supporting a diverse group of users.
• Experience with administration and configuration of a Microsoft Windows environment (including Windows Servers, Windows 7, Windows 10).
• Basic understanding of Active Directory, Exchange, and Symantec Backup Exec and Endpoint.
• Experience in a financial institution, as well as experience with A+, Network+, and MCP is preferred.

Additionally, the candidate must have the ability to work in a team environment with a strong customer services focus.
