Job Description :
Lead and manage creative project execution from brief to delivery, acting as a strategic liaison between teams.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities :
- Determine course of action, resources, and priorities for creative deliverables
- Lead discovery, kickoff, and project status meetings
- Communicate scheduling issues across teams
- Conduct weekly job status updates
- Act as the single point of contact for billing, timing, and resource inquiries
- Secure and allocate creative resources effectively
- Partner with account teams for planning and forecasting
- Align workload with senior producers and managers
- Manage timesheets, expense reports, and vendor invoices
Requirements :
4-6 years managing creative projects across formats (print, web, media, email)
Familiarity with meta campaigns
