The apartment maintenance team is responsible for completing service requests under the direction of the maintenance supervisor or property manager. Primary Responsibilities Include : Accurately complete service tickets and log all assigned work orders in a timely manner. Manage vacant apartments, preparing them for leasing and ensuring they are ready for new residents. Maintain the grounds by keeping them free of debris and trash.
