Contract | On-Site

30.48 / hour

About the Role

Reliance One is seeking a Production Supervisor to join a fast-paced, high-volume, unionized manufacturing environment. In this role, youll be responsible for managing small work teams, ensuring safety, building and training teams, driving continuous improvement solutions, and meeting production, quality, and cost targetsall while fostering strong team morale.

What Youll Do

  • Coordinate all activities to achieve business metrics and implement the Client's processes and initiatives.
  • Ensure production plans are met by analyzing issues, driving solutions, and sustaining improvements.
  • Promote and enforce a safe workplace by leading teams in safety improvements and compliance.
  • Utilize the C-Matrix to understand losses, coordinate client activities, and enhance zone performance.
  • Analyze quality KPIs, prioritize issues, and guide Team Leaders toward effective resolution.

What Youll Bring

Requirements :

  • Must have a valid drivers license .
  • Must be open to any shift and overtime (required).

    • Basic Qualifications :

  • High school diploma or GED.
  • Strong organizational, written, and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to build effective business relationships at all levelsfrom hourly employees to senior leadership.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with a collaborative mindset.
  • Goal-oriented, self-starter with leadership capabilities.
  • Ability to coach, mentor, and develop team members.
  • Experience handling multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
