Electrician - Level 2 - Pipeline

Electrical Technician

You will report directly to our Electrical Supervisor and you'll work out of our St Louis, MO location on an Onsite work schedule. In this role, you will impact the efficiency and safety of our operations by ensuring that all electrical systems are functioning optimally and effectively supporting our business needs. Produce high quality products and services for our customers. You will be required to meet production output, customer specifications, and site quality expectations. You will be responsible for your work area to ensure the safe and efficient operation of the area. Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to, set up, installation, maintenance and repair of electrical install and wiring, continuous process improvement, and adherence to safety, production and quality expectations. All candidates selected for Onsite interview will be required to complete an in-person evaluation of knowledge for blueprints, measuring tools, and basic math etc.

Key Responsibilities :

• Demonstrated ability to read and follow direction of specifications, blueprints, sketches, wiring diagrams, and descriptions to determine sequence, tolerances, and adjustments.
• Install controls and power wiring, including troubleshooting electrical issues and appropriate testing and inspection of electrical components.
• Repair and replace equipment, electrical wiring, and fixtures, as appropriate.
• Measure, examine, assemble, test and complete product, including detection of defects, to ensure specification conformance using precision testing instruments and specified programs.
• Accurately track and log assembly time sheets for each build and tear down.
• Properly identify and document QMS and department procedures.
• Adherence to all safety guidelines and plant rules.
• Perform regular maintenance of tools and electrical wiring.
• Safe operation of the forklift, scissor lift and all other lift assist and tools.
• Participate in and support the principle in lean manufacturing concepts.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
